Best Printing Method for Cotton T-Shirts

Cotton is one of the most popular fabrics for casual and fashion apparel — but not every printing method suits it equally well. Here is a breakdown from our production floor.

Screen Printing

Best for bulk orders with 2-4 solid colors. Offers vibrant, durable results at the lowest per-piece cost when quantities are high.

Rubber & Silicone Print

Great for logos and lettering that need strong opacity, especially on darker cotton shades.

DTF Printing

Ideal for complex, multi-color, photographic designs in small-to-mid batch runs.

Sublimation

Not recommended for 100% cotton — sublimation works best on polyester or poly-blends.
